When it helps

Evidence before you arrange access.

Clear aerial images can help you explain a concern to a roofer, chimney specialist, gutter contractor or property manager and retain a visual record of the inspected area.

Common questions

What the imagery can show.

Can a drone inspect the top of a chimney?+

Where the flight can be completed safely, high-resolution imagery can record visible external features including chimney pots, flaunching, pointing, masonry faces and surrounding flashing.

Can the inspection confirm why a chimney is leaking?+

The imagery may show visible concerns that could be relevant, but it cannot confirm concealed defects or prove the cause of internal damp on its own. Further hands-on or specialist assessment may still be required.

Can gutters be checked for blockages?+

The camera can record visible debris, standing material, displacement and accessible outlets. It cannot confirm the internal condition of concealed sections or underground drainage.

How much does a targeted check cost?+

A targeted aerial check of one concern is £49. A domestic roof image pack is £69, and an annotated visual condition report including images is £99.

Can you reinspect after repairs?+

Yes. A post-repair reinspection of the same property starts from £59, subject to the required coverage and safe flying conditions.
